Quality varies from website to website.
Unfortunately online videos do not work too well (if at all) with browsers other
than MS Internet Explorer (MSIE). I have had problems with NETSCAPE and OPERA -
otherwise both are better browsers than MSIE.

General instructions for seeing internet (web) video shows on your computer. Most of the websites display video in a small screen on the web page. But there is usually a way to switch the view to "theater" or "fullscreen" mode. Here is how you can do that. Illustrations below are for several example websites.
IMPORTANT:
(YOU MUST HAVE BROADBAND SERVICE TO DO THIS - AT LEAST 300 - 400Kbps - cable modem or
DSL or satellite ISP)
NOTE:
You need RealPlayer and/or Windows Media Player and/or QuickTime (Mac &
PC) installed on your PC.
RealPlayer is the most popular media player for news.
Get the latest versions at:
click on logos - to
link to the websites to get the software.
The type of display (you see) varies with website (but both are based on one of the these players).
Many website show a small to medium size player screen on the web page with icons of the videos available somewhere on the page.
The FeedRoom Main Screen

On the FeedRoom website click on the small screens on the left and right sides to see these particular clips.

The FeedRoom viewer has built-in as button to change the view to FULLSCREEN. Just click on it to make the picture full screen (theater view).
So does the iVillage screen:

NOTE:
these commercial channels will have commercials - you cannot bypass
them!
Some sites are based on RealPlayer. One such site is:

Notice in the bottom right corner of the viewing screen it shows the RealPlayer logo. This tells you that it is a Real video.
To make this full screen move your cursor to the top left corner of this viewing screen (white arrow cursor) and the following icons will appear.

Click on it and your video will be full screen (theater mode).
NOTE:
You cannot do this until the video has actually started.
