DOWNLOADING ISSUES

When you click on the "Continue to the Book" link below for the first time, expect THE MAIN DOCUMENT to take between 3 and 5 minutes to fully load
(depends on your modem and web connection and browser).

If it does not fully load either your Internet connection or modem is too slow to handle it, or there is congestion on the net.
In either case please try again, or at a less busy time.
