Fanny (Fay)
Born in the U.S.A., Bronx, N.Y., October 27, 1917. She
married Ralph Trachtenberg. He died in 1981. Their
daughter Anita married Richard Lurie -- their children
are Marc, Jay, and Anne Beth. Marc is graduating from
University of Chicago June 1986 and Jay is completing
first year at SUNY Binghamton. Ann Beth is in Jr. H.S.
Fay and Ralph's daughter Arlene were married and
divorced. She had a malignant tumor removed from her
brain in 1961 and was institutionalized for many years
until she died in 1993. The youngest, their son Jack has
not lived at home for many years.
Albert
Irving (Abrum Yitschak) [Ingy]
Born in Coney Island, Brooklyn on February 19, 1924.
He graduated from Lafayette H.S. and was studying to be a
steno typist. Was drafted into the Army and was sent
overseas in 1944. He was killed on the Moselle River in
the Battle of the Bulge on January 19, 1945. He is listed
on the Memorial Wall in the American Cemetery in Epinal,
France.
